We keep data collection to the minimum required to answer an enquiry. This notice explains what is processed, on which legal basis, and for how long.

Contact form
When you send an enquiry we process the name, email address and message you submit, plus the time of submission. Purpose: to review and answer your enquiry.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries).
Retention: enquiries are deleted once they are settled and no statutory retention period applies — as a rule within 24 months.
Server log data
Our hosting provider processes technical access data (IP address, time of request, requested page, browser and operating system) to deliver the site securely and reliably. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. These logs are short-lived and are not used to profile visitors.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and does not use tracking pixels or social media plug-ins. No consent banner is required because no non-essential data is collected.
Processors
We use service providers for hosting, database storage and email delivery. They act on our instructions only, under data processing agreements pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
Transfers
Where data is processed outside the EU/EEA, it is safeguarded by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Write to the address above to exercise them.
